This wrench is specifically made for the lock nut on SU HD8 carburetors.  Please see the picture that shows where this wrench is utilized.  It is used in conjuction with a regular wrench to lock the two nuts together.  The factory calls this RH8050.
The handle on this wrench is removeable and can be installed sideways for extra leverage.
