This cylinder liner puller makes it a breeze to pull liners from a Rolls 6.25L or 6.75L V8.  This kit comes with all of the hardware shown including a radial thrust bearing for ease of turning and smooth extraction.

The body and lower plate of the puller are made from steel and the threaded rod is B7 steel.  The body alignment ring tool is made from anodized aluminum.

Since these pictures were taken, the upper body has been redesigned and it is now made from a solid steel bar and is powdercoated green.  The lower plate is nickel plated and has a hex machined onto it to make it easier to tighten the locking nut.
